It is known from this survey that the Basic Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) campaign is being run by Nipun Bharat, under which the target is to provide knowledge of basic literacy and numeracy to the students studying in class 1, 2 and 3 by 2026. To achieve this goal, On the instructions of JCRT Ranchi, all the faculty members of District Education and Training Institute Jharkhand visit 10 schools of the district every month, the reporting of which is done to JCRT Ranchi through online medium.
On the basis of this instruction, the faculty members of District Education and Training Institute Chiri Lohardaga also visit schools located in different blocks of the district. Before the visit, the school is mapped and the date is fixed. Then, by visiting the school on the fixed date, the processes of development in the learning of the students are seen and understood. School visit goes through the following processes.

1. Mapping and selection of school.
2. Setting the date
3. School visit and suggestions to the school.
4. Online Reporting to JCET
During the school visit, every faculty member pays attention to the following points:_
1.Use of FLN kit and availability for children.
2. Activity based learning.
3. Reading through achievement work book and checking of work book by teachers. 4.Action plan for FLN
5. Development in children’s learning.
If we talk about the benefits of school visit, then we find that on one hand, the school children are happy to see the new members and win their hearts with their innocent and attractive activities, while on the other hand, the school teachers also help in the development of the school. They seem to be making every possible effort for this. Activity based teaching is being imparted to the children through FLN kit, due to which their learning level is definitely increasing.
We hope that together we will definitely be able to complete the goal of Nipun Bharat Abhiyan, basic literacy and numeracy by 2026.
